  1. The hotel guest is considered solely and exclusively to the person or persons who have made the Check-in.

  2. Visits to the rooms are NOT allowed.

  3. The hotel day begins at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m. on the day. After this time it will be assumed that the guest will stay one more night and the corresponding charge will be made.

  4. The guest must leave their room key at the reception each time they leave the hotel and at check out. Otherwise, the hotel will charge € 7.00 in case the guest loses it.

  5. When a guest makes use of the hotel's parking lot, they must place their car in a suitable place, the establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or of objects left inside.

  6. The hotel is not responsible for the inconveniences that external service providers may cause the guest (laundry, dry cleaning, tour agency and taxis, etc.)

  7. If the Housekeeper reports sheets, towels, bedspreads or any other item in the room stained with ink, shoe paint, hair dye or some other substance that is difficult to wash, an extra charge will be made to the guest for laundry. or replacement of the article depending on the damage caused to it.

  8. It is the guest's obligation to keep their conversations in a moderate tone and to ensure that their children do not disturb the rest of others, likewise they undertake to cover the cost of the repair or replacement of any object, furniture or material property of the hotel that has been totally or partially damaged, either by carelessness or intentionally.

  9. It is forbidden to wash, iron, cook, in the room.

  10. The hotel IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FORGOTTEN OBJECTS in public areas of the establishment, nor for articles left inside the rooms once the Check-out has been made.

  11. The guest agrees to deliver any object belonging to the hotel that has been loaned to him, in the conditions that were delivered to him. Otherwise, you will have to cover the cost of the repair, or in your case, the total or partial loss. The amount is at the discretion of the hotel.

  12. Objects or valuables forgotten by a guest in the room have been ordered at the reception will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a period of 60 days, after this period has concluded and as there is no claim, they will be discarded.

  13. The Management declines all responsibility for the loss of jewelry, money, documents or other values ​​of any kind, kept in the rooms, due to the existence of a safe for their custody.

  14. Guests who present an aggressive, threatening or disrespectful attitude in any way, either to the staff or other guests, must leave the hotel immediately and will be reported to the competent authority. The Hotel reserves the right of admission.

  15. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the rooms, restaurant, lobby and corridors. Failure to comply with the above, the hotel will make an additional charge for laundry and dry cleaning of curtains, bedspreads, blankets, etc. from € 200.00.

  16. Customers are not allowed to have any type of animals in the room, except those that help the disabled.

  17. The use of the pool will be exclusive to hotel guests during the opening period from May 15 to September 30. The hotel price does not include the use of towels in the pool.
